Leadership: Twitter, bought for more than the debt of our neighboring country. In the 80s, our postal workers delivered mail in tough conditions, but without innovation, the postal service became more like a financial department. Now, Amazon/Flipkart provides delivery services through innovation, and its revenue is higher than my state's revenue. The problem isn't the lack of resources or opportunities but the lack of the right leadership in the right places.
Hardware rental companies like AWS, GCP, and Oracle Cloud, and content-based businesses like Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, and Google ads can influence people and governments. For example, all our politicians use foreign company platforms to provide updates and criticize each other, allowing Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram to make money through our tax dollars without adding value for domestic people. These virtual products generate revenue higher than a country's GDP. I imagined if our political leaders had the same quality as top managers at Amazon or Google, with area councilors as capable as corporate directors or VPs, and IAS officers and scientists acting as corporate product managers, using people as staff without layoff policies and using them efficiently. At the same time, we could create plenty of opportunities, reduce jobless stress, decrease crime, and increase kindness among people.
Potential of India: Founder raised & did his schooling in a village called Sankari in India, when founder moved to the USA, it felt like a new planet for him. He loved the white snow, beautiful flowers, mountains, and friendly people who appreciated even small things. Despite experiencing beautiful summers and winters, he saw that human and animals’ consumable plants can't grow well in snow or under the bright sun. He learned that food, clothing and core materials like iron and copper come from countries like India, traded for digital currency. He realized India is blessed with resources for humans and animals to live happily, allowing it to feed billions of people and animals. However, many people misuse and don't appreciate what they have. Based on his global experience in the USA, UK, Brazil, Columbia and India, according to him India is blessed and has a lot of potential. The only concern is overpopulation for smaller landscapes & opportunity but can be fixed strategically.
Give Back: The Indian government's investment in founder free education and transportation during his schooling, along with the security provided by soldiers at the border, greatly enjoyed all safety & benefit. After enjoying these benefits, he moved to the USA for better job opportunities and worked for great companies like Amazon & others for 20 years in a good position, where he learned a lot about leadership, exposure and strategies. After hitting his midlife crisis, he actually gained some maturity and realized that the foundation of his beautiful life today is the education, food, and transportation provided by his state and India without any expectation. He is living a good life and settled decently in the USA. Further he is not interested in impressing executives and living a fake life and converting skills into digital number in bank or buying more homes and paying a housing loan & live a slavery life. He decided to use his skills to address the problems people face, as voiced by politicians, and the issues he observed in day to day life. So, he chose to treat people's problems as business requirements, using people as staff and applying his problem-solving skills and technology to solve domestic problems.
